How to make an Anaerobic Fermentation tank for Coffee Fermentation

In the video below, we will show you how to make an anaerobic fermentation tank for coffee fermentation. Anaerobic fermentation is a process of fermenting coffee beans in an oxygen-free environment. This can be done by using a sealed container, such as a barrel or a plastic bin. To make an anaerobic fermentation tank, you will need the following materials:

• A sealed container with a watertight lid (Techpack 210 in this video)
• A one-way valve (air lock)
• 12mm grommet
• Tap (Optional)
• Drill with 24mm Step bit and 10mm bit
